MagnetDex reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remedies available under applicable law, including injunctive relief and damages, against any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this Site's content.

MagnetDex is an independent, fan-inspired brand. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, or any other video game publisher or rights holder. Any resemblance to third-party media franchises is coincidental to the retro/collectible aesthetic of the products and is not intended to suggest an official association.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
