Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping rate of 2.99 (in your local currency) on every order. Orders of 70 or more (in your local currency) ship free automatically — no code needed, the discount applies at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union, Spain, and a range of other countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't yet ship there — contact us at support@magnetdex.com and we'll let you know if that changes.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 6–10 business days, depending on your location. "Business days" means Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays — delivery may take a little longer around holiday periods. These are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery, loss, or delay resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address you provided. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we may require payment of an additional shipping fee before resending it, or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost, at our discretion.

Unclaimed or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender by the carrier for reasons outside our control, we may deduct the original and return shipping costs from any refund issued, or require payment of a new shipping fee to resend it.

Lost Package Claims

If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, contact us at support@magnetdex.com. We may request reasonable supporting information, such as a statement confirming non-receipt, before processing a claim, in order to prevent fraudulent claims.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
